Don't understand for my life why there aren't more sort options. This app forces me to scroll endlessly to the point of just pulling something out of my own freezer. If I could sort by distance OR by star rating, it would be a game changer. GrubHub does a better job with the search experience for sure. This app makes it harder to find food than finding a show on Amazon prime.

Service is good but the app itself is terrible on mobile phones. Annual Dashpass pop ups block seeing more than a single line on the checkout process. Double dash feature lands on the screen under the phone navigation controls. Much of the app is poorly formatted for mobile. It's frustrating to use and sometimes I don't order at all because of that.

This used to be the premium delivery app. Like all apps they start out great and then devolve. Service fees are extravagant and I stopped using the service. You didn't need to ruin the product with this because you didn't have them before. Also the search and filter functions are pretty poor. I should be able to pull up favorites and then also block restaurants from showing up so I can scroll through faster when browsing. I ordered today and the order was 20 minutes late and the food cold. 🤬
