Each time I entered my email and password, I was prompted to solve a puzzle to prove I'm human. However, even after completing the puzzle, I was redirected back to the login screen, repeating the same process. I'm unsure how to proceed as I'm now unable to use the app. |

Still can't get directly to tripadvisor vacation rentals through app so need to go through browser on your phone. |

I have my listing in other online hosting platform, and every single one of them is easier to use, has a better vetting system for guests, and more importantly they have a customer service team that cares and is accessible. Dealing with Tripadvisor is incredibly frustrating, impossible to get a hold of someone in this company that has a say. I had three bookings with them, and had to cancel after they withheld payment for 15 days with no explanation. |
