J Harri-Smith, 2024-08-19Onboarding process disjointed. Was told property wads live 2 days ago which eas clearly wrong. No flag items outstanding, first KYC, then US tax forms. Help desk number concealed, had to use Google to find etc etc

Ricky M, 2024-06-28At first, I encountered a 'user not authorized' error when attempting to make changes in the app. After logging out and attempting to log back in, I found myself stuck in a login loop. Each time I entered my email and password, I was prompted to solve a puzzle to prove I'm human. However, even after completing the puzzle, I was redirected back to the login screen, repeating the same process. I'm unsure how to proceed as I'm now unable to use the app.
