2024-12-31 | Art Kholodov | Check in was bugged (autofilled info BY THE APP was considered empty, had to retype manually), boarding pass button redirected to a broken link, seat assignments and luggage allowances didn't update after paying. Customer support said they don't have access to the check-in system so can't do anything. The app had one job and failed miserably. | |

The aircraft is much newer than its competitors, the food was cold but more nutritious, and the customer service on the plane was better. the front desk staff seemed unknowledganle about whether flex cabin gets a meal and she seemed easily flustered, which I'm attributing to her personal traits, but boarding on and off was good, and flight option and cost was better than others. Will be flying again. | |

2024-11-27 | Linda Dudley | App keeps asking for name, and confirmation number when I go to pre-order meal. If I put it in to "add my trip," why do I constantly have to reenter it. It added my trip, had all the info. Then I went to pre-order my meal, and it continued to tell me, "Booking cannot be found." I question using this app, so now feel I have to print everything, even my boarding pass. Frustrating! | |

Airport selection stops at Barcelona and refuses to scroll past. Tried to confirm my contact details and app stuck stopping me from finishing the online boarding procedure and forcing me now to book in at the airport. 2024-09-02 | Cristian | 1. When checking in online, in the confirmation number field a number is not accepted. I tried the booking number which consists of capital letters and it worked. 2. There is a box that has to be checked in order to continue. By the box we are given information about travelling with a non-canadian passport. It is better not to have to check that box. Rather have a question about the type of passport we use and us to choose: canadian or non-canadian passport, and then continue. |
