However, I don't like that the pop-up notifications immediately disappear, and don't seem to stay flagged anywhere in the app for re-review. There should be a notifications , or important messages tab.I missed a couple, and had no way to see what they were Update: responding to developer, once the messages have been previewed , they disappear, and De no longer visible @ the bell. It would be helpful to keep notifications there, and highlight once read
2024-12-31	Art Kholodov	Check in was bugged (autofilled info BY THE APP was considered empty, had to retype manually), boarding pass button redirected to a broken link, seat assignments and luggage allowances didn't update after paying. Customer support said they don't have access to the check-in system so can't do anything. The app had one job and failed miserably.
2024-12-30	Hanna Van Dijk-Alac	Great, got there safely (the main thing) and vouchers for the delay. Thanks to the pilot! Flying is an art especially through turbulence. Thankful three are people who are skilled at aircraft flying.
2024-12-22	Mercedez Jones	This airline is so underrated. I don't understand why they don't try to improve their image. The aircraft is much newer than its competitors, the food was cold but more nutritious, and the customer service on the plane was better. the front desk staff seemed unknowledganle about whether flex cabin gets a meal and she seemed easily flustered, which I'm attributing to her personal traits, but boarding on and off was good, and flight option and cost was better than others. Will be flying again.

2024-11-29	Mike McKee	I reported that there app doesn't allow me to look at the seat I booked or the seating plan for the plane. It's still not working after all these years. The reps that answer the phone are excellent and helpful but the app still sucks.
2024-11-27	Linda Dudley	App keeps asking for name, and confirmation number when I go to pre-order meal. If I put it in to "add my trip," why do I constantly have to reenter it. It added my trip, had all the info. Then I went to pre-order my meal, and it continued to tell me, "Booking cannot be found." I question using this app, so now feel I have to print everything, even my boarding pass. Frustrating!

2024-09-22	charlotte tritton	I love that this has a count down to my trip and it's easy to see my details, however any time I press manage my booking it give me the same error of booking not found. I've contacted Air transat a couple of times letting them know this and asking for any updates but I have been provided with nothing useful. It's disappointing
2024-09-16	Cully Pettigrew	One of the most frustrating glitchy apps I have ever experienced. Trying to book in on line has proved impossible. Airport selection stops at Barcelona and refuses to scroll past. Tried to confirm my contact details and app stuck stopping me from finishing the online boarding procedure and forcing me now to book in at the airport. Dreadful experience and a total waste of time.
