Check in was bugged (autofilled info BY THE APP was considered empty, had to retype manually), boarding pass button redirected to a broken link, seat assignments and luggage allowances didn't update after paying. Customer support said they don't have access to the check-in system so can't do anything. The app had one job and failed miserably.

Hanna Van Dijk-Alac, 2024-12-30This airline is so underrated. I don't understand why they don't try to improve their image. The aircraft is much newer than its competitors, the food was cold but more nutritious, and the customer service on the plane was better. the front desk staff seemed unknowledganle about whether flex cabin gets a meal and she seemed easily flustered, which I'm attributing to her personal traits, but boarding on and off was good, and flight option and cost was better than others. Will be flying again.
