I have gotten many cool things that I can not currently get somewhere else, sometimes the price here is better, but many times I have either gotten the wrong product (usually a less expensive one) it the items are if poor quality. I have had many items break or fail within a year of purchase (lights, a knife sharpener, a beauty device) and all if them were either just under or just over $100. All of which there are similar or the exact brand a little later on Amazon for less than half the price.

I'd like to first say that I haven't used this app in quite a long while. I like the older versions of the app much better. There were much larger varieties of items to choose to look at from multiple brands and categories. Now it seems that most of this apps charm has been lost. Especially due to the lack of variety and the repetitive appearance of products. Currently not a fan of the app.

The app works well, this rating is for the customer support after you purchase an item. I ordered something from their app that was guaranteed delivery by 12/24/2022 ( still waiting for it on 2/6/2023) and because there was an all sales final clause I cannot cancel and touch of modern just ignores the problem saying there is nothing they can do. Never offered any credit,refund or anything. so what is the delivery "guarantee" even good for?
