I love this app. It's very easy and simple and if you buy the wrong ticket on accident, they will issue a refund no problem. I take the bus everywhere and this app just makes it so easy for me to not have to let ok for my ticket but to be able to have it on my phones at all times. No more waiting to buy a pass at the stations or hoping the bus driver has changed if you don't have any ones. Very convenient. Thank you.

I have constantly experienced issues using this app for SLO Transit. Every time I use it I have to hold the phone next to the scanner on the bus for anywhere from 5 to 10 seconds, much of the time it doesn't even scan. These issues completely negate the convenience of having an electronic bus pass, as it literally takes me just one second to swipe a paper pass.

It's a good app when it works, however I've noticed it doesn't work well on sunny days, even with my brightness all the way up it won't scan. It holds up the line and the bus drivers always tell me with an attitude to turn my brightness up. When I prove to them it's all the way Up, they try scanning it and it still doesn't scan. On rainy days or at night, it works OK for me but on sunny days? Good luck

I HATE that the app does not show the GPS on ALL of the bus times. Why is that??? On a number of occasions I had time to catch my bus Otherwise, but because I couldn't see it, I didn't chance it and had to reroute. Esp when busses run early and you miss it. That's the WORSE. Otherwise the app is helpful with some uses.

Can't use the app without a giving your phone number and permission to text. Edit in response to comment from publisher: There is nothing to discuss. The app opens to a screen with a field for phone number and a checkbox to grant permission to receive texts. That is 100% unnecessary and unacceptable for a public transit app. Fix the app instead of asking people to waste their time with your support email.

I like this app. I need this app. Its a useful app. This app is very convenient - except for when it isn't. There is no reason for a ticket-buying app based on bus region to NOT tell you when the busses are running for free. I have lost track of the amount of times I'll buy and activate a ticket, only for the driver to tell me it's a free-to-ride day. And it happens even on non-holidays, so even if you go by holiday, you're still spending money unnecessarily.

Over all, it MIGHT HAVE been a 4 or 5 ⭐app. It's simple, easy to use, and has hella good discounts. $20 off 31 day pass, 50% off 24hr pass. I was excited I found this app. Until I went to make a purchase that is. You have to use Google pay. Can't just use a debt card. Google pay is the only option. And I haven't spent the last 7 years SPECIFICALLY NOT adding my debt card/bank account info to my Google account to start now. Definitely a big NOPE! for me .. so unfortunate.. ho-hum!

This works most of the time. Sometimes the app causes my phone to vibrate and show the visual ticket without the driver actually recieving anything. Then I get a message saying that I'll have to wait 9 minutes or so before getting another chance to scan. This usually happens when taking the express routes through RTA (specifically the 204) and very very rarely through the regular routes. If I wasn't so lucky to have a kind bus driver, I wouldn't be able to board.

The best thing that our local transit system has come up with for the customers in a very long time. Very convenient to use. However, I do wish that there was a way to transfer a ride pass to another person who has the app. I, also, wish that there was a way that you are able to activate your pass with wifi/bluetooth, then if you are using it at the bus stop but you don't have any internet connection, you are still able to use the pass?

So far i've had the same recurring issue, even reported the issue directly to token transit. I purchase through the GET agency, so single ride passes are $1.65. Despite having a strong internet connection, as well as money on my card, taking screen shots of myself activating the passes, and when they'd have a constant loading icon on the screen, and not activating, they haven't actually been helpful. It's very frustrating to use from time to time. Several passes failed to activate constantly.
