I love this app. It's very easy and simple and if you buy the wrong ticket on accident, they will issue a refund no problem. I take the bus everywhere and this app just makes it so easy for me to not have to let ok for my ticket but to be able to have it on my phones at all times. No more waiting to buy a pass at the stations or hoping the bus driver has changed if you don't have any ones. Very convenient. Thank you.

Anjelica Ygloria, 2024-10-12I have constantly experienced issues using this app for SLO Transit. Every time I use it I have to hold the phone next to the scanner on the bus for anywhere from 5 to 10 seconds, much of the time it doesn't even scan. These issues completely negate the convenience of having an electronic bus pass, as it literally takes me just one second to swipe a paper pass.

DJ, 2024-09-07It's a good app when it works, however I've noticed it doesn't work well on sunny days, even with my brightness all the way up it won't scan. It holds up the line and the bus drivers always tell me with an attitude to turn my brightness up. When I prove to them it's all the way Up, they try scanning it and it still doesn't scan. On rainy days or at night, it works OK for me but on sunny days? Good luck
