2024-11-13 | Kimberly Wolfe | Easy to use. There are all kinds of ways to organize your to do list. o like that I was able to set it up using the GTD method. I also like that Google calendar can be integrated and accessed through the app. A couple of frustrations...I had to try multiple times to set the due date and time for routine tasks. I also wish whole sections along with associated tasks could be moved to another project. I also wish you could pick multiple labels when creating a task instead of having to edit it later
2024-11-02 | Katie Neumiller | I have LIVED by this app for ages. Between neurodivergence, cognitive issues with memory, and absurd stress levels; this app has literally been a life saver. I do the paid version when I can, but am not at too much of a loss when I can't. I literally and often recommend this to everyone, especially neurospicy folks!
2024-10-29 | Eva Tarango | Love the organization on here! Just wish I could look back on my calendar view to quickly see what I've done on what days. I know there's a completed list, but honestly it makes more sense seeing the things you've done on your calendar view. Projects and subtasks are awesome and helpful. That's my only wish for improvement! Overall love the app!
2024-10-26 | Jonathan Luo | Meh app. Feels clunky to really promote it's NLP for task scheduling -- a pointless, overcomplicated feature that doesn't work well, requires more thinking than simply using a standard visual interface, lacks flexible custom scheduling. Been a paid user for 3 years and it's just annoying that NLP is still the main process. The editing within each task is also limiting, no checklists, no highlighting. It's like the Venmo of task apps, doesn't focus on improving user experience features that matte
2024-10-20 | Tim Vargo | Was it on purpose that the calendar control is no longer available in my Upcoming Agenda view? I used this nearly everyday but now it is missing. I've used a lot of organizational apps and this is one of the best. The only downside is that Amazon recently dropped support for third-party list management in Alexa, and Todoist failed to pick up the ball and develop a skill of their own.
2024-10-10 | Gabrielle C | I switched from another app recently and so far it's good. A couple features I'm missing from my previous app though is 1) pick completion date for a task i.e. I have a task recurring every day and I forgot to mark it as complete yesterday and today it's overdue but if I click "complete" it will make it disappear until tomorrow and 2) have an "anytime" task like a recurring task without a due date so whenever I complete that chore I can mark it as done and then it'll still be there for next time
2024-10-03 | Jessie Stancliff | I genuinely love this app. It has helped me improve my work flow, and assisted my ADHD-addled brain to bust the cycle of object permanence. I was able to add a widget to my home screen on my phone, and it was awesome! However, the one reason I haven't given this a 5 star rating is because after the October 1st update, the app will crash every time I try to start it up. I've tried force stopping it, deleting and reinstall - to no end. Devs- please help!
2024-10-02 | Christopher Doss | Todoist has the best natural language processing of any task app I've tried. The custom filtering system is really powerful as well. The one thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars is the lack of start dates/times and the inability to set durations beyond a day. The day that Todoist can support something like "do the thing starting at 7am on Saturday and due at 9pm on Sunday" with the ability to hide the task until the start date is the day I give it 6 stars.
2024-09-22 | Danny Sauer | Seems OK at creating shopping lists. But there are two massive failures: * reminders are weak. Once daily in a crowded notification panel is not a reminder. I want full screen "do this now", but that's not an option - despite explicity getting permissions to do exactly that. * reoccurring tasks are not reliable. Our cat gets insulin 2x a day. I bought the "pro" plan for two people so we don't duplicate doses, but the tasks just dissappeared after a couple days not marking it done. 🤦‍♂️
2024-07-14 | Deadward Louis | This is a great to do app. Probably the best around. But gd, there's this tiny bug, where I drag items to reorganize their order, only for the app to send that item back to where i just dragged it from. U end up having to drag things multiple times to see things in the order you want. Annoying. |
