wont download new voicemails. says low on space! i have space! uninstalling abd reinstalling only fixes it temporary. wont sync. failed data connection. useless! please fix your app! rolled back to a previous version. no more problems. Doesnt save voicemails to device either. Yay for the new update. It's still broken.

Update kicked me out of the app. It says to turn wifi off. Doesn't work. Says cellular data is off and needs turned on...it is and always has been on. I have un-installed, reinstalled, restarted my phone, turned my phone off and then back on for a hard reboot. Called customer service and they said they would escalate and call back today...no phone call. What a joke. This is terrible customer service. I will not email, I will not call anymore. It gets me NOWHERE! SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

This used to be a great app. Now it hardly ever works. You can only delete 3-4 messages at a time if you're lucky. Anything more than that and you get an error that says refresh failed. The whole purpose of paying for this feature is to be able to delete multiple messages at a time. This needs to be fixed!!
