The worst online store I ever used. I am trying to make an order since yesterday and they cancelled it. When I asked why they told me it is payment issue. I used 3 different cards trying to make an order but they continue cancelled it. At least I used my PayPal and now it is on pending. But after I used it I found out that I can't get refund in store returning and I will try canceled order by myself. But ironically Marshalls don't let you cancel order after submitting it. The worst experience
Literally worst online shopping app. Extremely buggy, halve the time most pages don't even load. I tried tracking a order and when I went to the page for it it asked me to sign in when I was already signed in? Tried resetting my password, but when I got the link in my email, it said the link had already expired when it wasn't even 2 minutes! Wish I didn't spend my money. Not to mention STANDARD shipping is $10 USD?!? My order was only 26$ and it racked up to $36, I do not recommend AT ALL.
