E.g to view the item, to add/delete item in the cart, to load images. I have reinstalled the app and clear cache and data. Still the same outcome. I have no lagging issue with other shopping apps in my phone. Now I'm accessing Poplook using my mobile browser. It's faster than the app itself. Hope this clarifies. | |

In the return form, POPLOOK stated that the refunded items will be refunded in store credit codes. Pandemic-wise, why couldn't you give an option to be refunded in our bank account?! The parcel also didn't come together with the return label, like ZALORA. Somehow I have to print the return form myself and fill it. I am just letting you know that I am not a repeating customer | |
