can be better. lag and slow. Disturb my shopping experience. just to put item in a cart took almost 10 sec, everything have 10 sec lag. super annoying as a buyer to face this

Shahirah M., 2024-03-06The app is very laggy! It was okay prior to the updates. After the latest update the scrolling isnt smooth and it takes forever to load the pictures. You know there's a problem when customers resort to the website instead of the app. Kindly improve.

Farhana Iqbal, 2024-03-01I have no patience using the app. It's too slow. Please fix it. Edited: Hi Jo. There is about 10 seconds lag for every key press/action. E.g to view the item, to add/delete item in the cart, to load images. I have reinstalled the app and clear cache and data. Still the same outcome. I have no lagging issue with other shopping apps in my phone. Now I'm accessing Poplook using my mobile browser. It's faster than the app itself. Hope this clarifies.
