2024-12-14 | Pippy Gothstockings | I don't have a car so I've been trying different options for easier grocery shopping. This has been a decent app for getting my pantry goods. Sometimes things are pricey, but it is everywhere. So I limit myself to buying the staples on here to once a month. If you are on a budget that might be a good option for you.
2024-12-11 | Toccara Thomas | User-friendly app that makes ordering easy, and I appreciate the wide selection of healthy, natural products they offer. The ability to shop from home is also a major perk. However, I've found that the minimum quantity requirements for certain items can be frustrating, and some of their prices are a bit higher than what I can find locally. Overall, they're a decent option for stocking up on specialty groceries, but I tend to supplement my orders with trips to my local store to get the best deals
2024-12-06 | Curtis Feltus | I'm giving them one star for one reason... the shipping carrier they use is terrible. I just canceled my subscription after they have delivered 3 times to the wrong address. Twice with the same reordered package. They finally agreed to give me a full refund of the order, but still, extremely inconvenient. The app itself is great, and the customer service was mediocre. They need to find a new shipping carrier. The same problem should never happen more than once. 3 TIMES?!! Not worth the hassle.
2024-11-02 | donald schrecongost | it is hard to return to the screen I was previously on. I found it difficult to just view all the items. I really didn't appreciate being forced to answer all those questions at the beginning and then being hand a cart full of prechosen groceries? I will personally pick what I want! the heck with thos automated questionaire
2024-10-15 | Kelsey Murdock | they have a pop-up screen that comes up about every other time that is really annoying. shopping and searching is a good function, but I think they could streamline some things. I can't seem to delete an expired card, and it won't change it from the default payment.
2024-09-24 | Jessica Rogers | An absolute scam. Membership fees just to shop. I've unsubscribed from autoship twice. Had to sign up for a membership just to browse the 'catalog'. That's $60, just to look at a website for food. The company has already paid out a lawsuit. Definitely skip it and put the effort into shopping local.
2024-09-20 | Jae Elle | I love this, it carries most of my favorite grocery and personal care items plus I've found a few new favorites. app is easy to use, easy to use auto ship or regular ordering. I hope Thrive continues to grow so more of my favorites can be found here. Note: I finally found a safe, reliable option for our dog and cat food thanks to this site.
2024-09-16 | Pepper P. | Update 9/16/24: The market itself is ok, I only use it for items I can't find anywhere else. The app still sucks. Been using for about 4 years now, they've changed the autoship a few times and it still sucks, now I can't even see my full autoship cart. This is the worst user friendly app and so glitchy. 2022: I'm always having issues with this app not working right.
2024-09-16 | Marina Richey | I love all the products that I buy from trive, but it isn't necessarily "saving" me any money. I have to pay for the subscription, and then I have to order over $50 to get free shipping! In order for the price of the subscription to be worth it, I have to order at least once a month. I used to just buy my off brand, but delicious healthy snacks at aldi's, and it was much more affordable. even products like Amy's soup go on sale at Meijer once in a while at a cheaper price than thrives.
2024-09-16 | Nat M | Wish I had seen the reviews here before getting a membership, but everything they say is true. Not worth it, customer service not worth it. Delivery tracking is all over the place, you'll never know how long it'll take for things to be received. Quantity and sizes are tricky if you're not paying attention. Whole food subscription is cheaper, has everything you need and better customer service. |
