However, I've found that the minimum quantity requirements for certain items can be frustrating, and some of their prices are a bit higher than what I can find locally. Overall, they're a decent option for stocking up on specialty groceries, but I tend to supplement my orders with trips to my local store to get the best deals

I'm giving them one star for one reason... the shipping carrier they use is terrible. I just canceled my subscription after they have delivered 3 times to the wrong address. Twice with the same reordered package. They finally agreed to give me a full refund of the order, but still, extremely inconvenient. The app itself is great, and the customer service was mediocre. They need to find a new shipping carrier. The same problem should never happen more than once. 3 TIMES?!! Not worth the hassle.
