I'm sure this garbage Internet service Telus is providing is also part of the issues I'm having with my Sonos products. Ready to throw it all out. If this product is broken then own it and fix it. Service is of no help. |
| 2024-11-05 |  | | Its really quite good when it works, I can see my WIFI speed and history of speeds as it it saves, for a time, all the old tests. It also shows what devices are using it and the usage amount at any given time so I can control or limit usage of any device for the kids. Thanks Telus for giving us more control and access. When it's not working very difficult to get help. |
| 2024-10-24 |  | | Mixed reviews. I like the functionality but it's unreliable. Quite frequently the Wifi Traffic tab says "oops. We're experiencing technical difficulties..." And when that's happening none of the device schedules or ability to pause devices works anymore. Also the status of the routers/boosters is not often displayed correctly/up to date ... And rebooting boosters doesn't work (obviously) if the booster is having issues although that's the only time I can imagine wanting to be able to reboot them |

Many times I can't get into the profile/active and pause settings so if something is paused, I can't unpause it. Unless I contact Telus and they can figure it out. It seems to have been reverting back to old names and profiles lately too and constantly asking me to log back in. Please fix the bugs, I've been having troubles with it since the beginning. |
| 2024-10-03 |  | | I'm lucky if this app loads even 2% of the time. Usually I can't even get past the loading screen when trying to sign in. On the off chance the app does load, most features in it don't work anyway. The speed test will consistently tell me I have 0 upload and 0 download, while simultaneously telling me below it that I have great speeds. Restarting my modem from the app fails every single time. The home page is full of useless tips I have no option of turning off. Overall just a terrible app. |

It attempts to run multiple trackers to obtain a lot of unnecessary data...if blocked, the app doesn't connect claiming there's no internet or WiFi connection. It already required location to run. It has rendered itself inoperable. Very very disappointing Telus! Aug 2023 - Latest version is noticeably slower than previous releases. Other than that, seems to work pretty well. |

Advice given by telus if it doesn't work, reinstall the app. This is because the same app keeps locking me out and Keeps resetting my passwords. I thought I was going nuts with the password. Nope, I set my password the same right across all my telus apps, 4 of them, and 2 still work. |

My internet and wifi are disconnecting and switching to 2.4 ghz on a lot of my devices according to the app. I rebooted the thing many times but it is still acting up. Wierd. I suppose I will have to spend an hour or so on the phone with telus to correct it. The app works mostly though I guess. |

I have no way to control devices and don't trust that when it turns on for brief moments (which it hasn't in a couple months) that it won't stop and leave me unable to turn back. Telus support worked with me and looked at everything and apparently this is how it is, they are aware. Super disappointed. |
