2024-12-01 | Beverley Debalski | I had a great experience with my shoulder rehab. Even though I have completed my journey with the equipment, I practice the movements and exercises to keep myself healthy. my shoulder and neck feel better than they have in years. I liked that I could do the program when it was convenient for me, and the personal therapist was very helpful in assisting me in reaching my goals. I highly recommend Sword Health.
2024-11-13 | Tyler Brothers | I thought that this program would be a way to digitally access a physical therapist (PT), but it's not. The only person you get to speak with is at an initial intake call to make sure you can figure out how to login to the app. Afterwards, it's just texting with a PT. I never got to speak with a provider and receive a proper diagnosis of my problem- they just assigned a worthless program of exercises that did not address my actual problem. Don't waste your time with this. Go see an in-person PT.
2024-11-08 | Jennifer Lepper | I received my tablet as expected. Had my consultation which went well. Have not been able to connect to my wifi ever since getting the tablet. My wifi is fine, checked, checked again and triple checked. The problem seems to be with the tablet and I have been getting nowhere with support. I am about to send the thing back and forget the whole experience.
2024-09-27 | Reid in TX | This is the future of Physical Therapy (the maintenance and general improvement stage)! The exercises are perfectly designed and explained and all of the Sword Health team that I've worked with are excellent. It's so nice to be able to do PT at home and on your schedule. The motion trackers with the Sword health hardware make sure you do your exercises with good form and tell your therapist when you start to fatigue.
2024-09-26 | Jose Rivera | I had a negative experience with the app. It tends to be unresponsive at times, and the instructions to move the neck left and right are given too quickly, which could potentially lead to injury. After reporting the issue, I received an update from support, but unfortunately, the problem persisted. Additionally, the level of support feels impersonal—everything is handled via text or email, which lacks the human touch that's so important in healthcare. It seems we're moving towards a future where
2024-08-12 | George Borhegyi | Not perfect (yet), but really, really good concept and execution. For those who need minimal motivation and guidance (but not zero) - meaning you won't do it on your own, but you don't need an actual appointment to travel to and have someone physically present, this is a great tool. The pace is flexible and time is incredibly well-used and efficient. A real time-saver while, at the same time, getting real benefits. I like it, so far so good. đź‘Ť
2024-06-06 | Susan Ladrie-Mackey | Sword Health has made such a difference. I am moving so much better. I like it much more than traditional PT. I can do it in the privacy of my own home and get real time feedback from a digital coach. With in person PT the therapist worked with two or three patients at a time and I was foisted off on unpaid interns. The Sword PT makes a very personalized plan and tweaks it from the data and my feedback. She is very responsive and encouraging. Excellent program!
2024-05-28 | David Popovich | Support via unencrypted email! Why is support for billing done through unexpected email? My HIPAA information is not secure. The sensors have issues. I had to return my first tablet. I had to have additional sensor bands added. The warm up and cool down are identical. Tried to log in tonight to do my therapy, and my password is incorrect - but it has worked for weeks with an auto fill password manager. Lots of technical issues.
2024-03-26 | Elisabeth Ann Stone | I got this through work and wanted to try. I found it to be a disaster. It says it is personalized but my therapist said there is no way to adapt the program or exercises. You just do whatever the body part you selected. She was patronizing and implied I was too lazy for PT when I had a couple questions. I tried to figure out how to try a different therapist but gave up and sent it back. Probably worth a try if it's free, but my experience was just awful.
2024-01-31 | Tammi Post | I have been blessed with Sword Physical Therapy Online programs. I complete my sessions at my convenience, using their equipment. The sessions are determined by a physical advisor who checks my records regularly. We use the app on my phone to communicate directly with each other on the app or by me flagging a session if I'm having a problem.I can see my results as soon as the session ends,as well as all previous sessions. There are many videos you can watch. This is the best PT PROGRAM I've had. |
