I had a great experience with my shoulder rehab. Even though I have completed my journey with the equipment, I practice the movements and exercises to keep myself healthy. my shoulder and neck feel better than they have in years. I liked that I could do the program when it was convenient for me, and the personal therapist was very helpful in assisting me in reaching my goals. I highly recommend Sword Health.

I thought that this program would be a way to digitally access a physical therapist (PT), but it's not. The only person you get to speak with is at an initial intake call to make sure you can figure out how to login to the app. Afterwards, it's just texting with a PT. I never got to speak with a provider and receive a proper diagnosis of my problem- they just assigned a worthless program of exercises that did not address my actual problem. Don't waste your time with this. Go see an in-person PT.

I received my tablet as expected. Had my consultation which went well. Have not been able to connect to my wifi ever since getting the tablet. My wifi is fine, checked, checked again and triple checked. The problem seems to be with the tablet and I have been getting nowhere with support. I am about to send the thing back and forget the whole experience.
