It's okay, the app its self is pretty straightforward and has methods to try and cope with certain feelings. However, the second I open the app I get hit with at least 3-4 ads before I can fill out a daily reflection. Overall an okay app

I love this app I've struggled with !SH!. All my life and since I'm a 11yr old this I'd good I wish it had some games tho other than then bubble wrap it distracted me from scratching at my wrist so I think there should be more games
