| 2024-12-13 |  | | After initial disappointment with the app, I contacted the support, and they were able to resolve the issue in a very professional manner. However, I still think the app needs to be further improved. For example, I never see a heat map for the first half, and some of the metrics are terms that need to have some additional information on how they are obtained and calculated. Exporting the data would make the experience even better. I would definitely update my review if any changes are made. |

Since swapping to s24 ultra my heatmaps and sprints do not show on the app. Worked fine on my previous device google pixel 8pro and tried it on a IOS device today and it showed all stats fine. This is very frustrating as it's an expensive bit of kit ans being used on a expensive device. |

After reaching out three times in the last couple of days I still have no response. There is no phone or direct messaging customer support, just this snail like email which I am yet to hear back from. There is no point having an awesome tracker unless you can see the data. There's not even a pc/mac/Web browser alternative if the app doesn't work... |

| 2024-07-24 |  | | I have been using this tracker for about 1 year and a half and to this day i keep having problems since it doesn't display the heat map or the sprints on the map. Customer support were "aware" of the known Android bug and couldn't help me, instead they told me to wait for an update. The second issue is that it won't pair with the advertised HR monitor (Scoosche) and customer support could not help either, so I had to return it. Very dissapointing. Save yourself the trouble and get a Catapult 👎 |

Incredibly bad product, it does not work on any Android device after 7 recorded sessions. --- Finally it is fixed. 17.07.2024 noticed that app on Android no longer loads heatmap. Previous and current sessions are affected. |
