After initial disappointment with the app, I contacted the support, and they were able to resolve the issue in a very professional manner. However, I still think the app needs to be further improved. For example, I never see a heat map for the first half, and some of the metrics are terms that need to have some additional information on how they are obtained and calculated. Exporting the data would make the experience even better. I would definitely update my review if any changes are made.

Really frustrating to read multiple reviews if bugs in the app. Keeps crashing for me too and then the heat map no longer works when before it was the only part that did work! You pay a lot of money for this and it's pretty disappointing to have app bugs so data cannot be retrieved correctly or easily

So far I can't get past connecting my Apex pod - the app continues to have a bug that shuts down the app as soon as it opens. After reaching out three times in the last couple of days I still have no response. There is no phone or direct messaging customer support, just this snail like email which I am yet to hear back from. There is no point having an awesome tracker unless you can see the data. There's not even a pc/mac/Web browser alternative if the app doesn't work...
