2024-12-06 | Melissa F. | I'm not super fond of this app. I want more control over streaming. I want the option to hear those around while streaming. I want to be able to block certain apps from streaming to my hearing aids. For instance, the Amazon app steams to my aids for no reason. Making it so I can't hear while I shop. Give me more control.
2024-12-06 | James Hill | Left hearing will not show up in the app. This prevents me from accessing profiles. It's connected and can stream to both hearing aids. Now for the crackhead part. Why tf is there a fitness app included? There's a fitness app built into my phone. My watch has a fitness app. If I set my phone on the counter or in the cup holder of my car, it'll stream flawlessly. But if I go for a walk, it'll cut out. Almost like it's registering each step. Galaxy S20. Disappointed. An EQ would be nice.
2024-11-29 | Byron Quaak | Just got my new aides(evolve 1000). After reading all the reviews for this app, before I got my new aides. I just remained optimistic the H. Aides were a big step up and even if I couldn't make this app work, I'd still be happy. My phone WAS compatible. When setting up aides and made initial B.T. connection It Worked good! Automatically connects as soon as i turn them on in morning. No problem making connections with app. The apps really nice can control volume and make other adjustments.
2024-11-27 | Chrystal Handback | I have to constantly restart my phone to get the hearing aids to stay connected. I'm talking 20 times a day. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and cleared the cache over and over. I could have gotten cheaper hearing aids without an app and been happier. You are an established and popular hearing aid company. Do better...
2024-11-22 | Rick Schlack | I want to adjust my hearing aids for media or phone but only makes everything else louder. I've sent them back and had them repaired but still can't adjust volume of background noise. I don't care about checking my health with my hearing aids. I just want them to adjust my hearing. App is not working for what I need.
2024-11-18 | Glen Hartliep | All I want to do is control the sound level and quality of my hearing aids. I do not want health tracking and goal setting. I do not need it to answer my phone calls, I have over the ear buds for that purpose. I would also like to be able to turn the app off without it always running in the background. The operators manual that you can download is horrible. It says to do something like choose Basic or Advanced for example without telling you what the benefit is of choosing Advanced. Uninstalled.
2024-11-17 | Chris Sheets | When hearing aids will actually connect with Bluetooth to the phone then this app becomes useful. Unfortunately, the bt connectivity is very poor and therefore this app basically becomes useless. Once bt connectivity stops working, which is frequently (daily), the only way I have been able to get things to work again is to basically uninstall this app and forget the aids for bt and then reset everything back up -- not good. I really don't use this app anymore due to the hassles.
2024-11-16 | Jim Miller | 5th update: again, crashing without opening. Couldn't keep up with some Android update that happened during the past few days?!? Terrible track record. 4th update: crashing all the time now. 3rd update: app is working much better!!2nd update: fixed restaurant mode problem, and am having a better experience. The delay in reconnecting/finding my devices when I come inside from a walk is way too long though.
2024-11-07 | Gwyn Faul | Disappointing & Frustrating.... Wish it worked, thankfully Demo mode is provided to show me what it would if it worked properly. My Son has a go at it and is the family go for technical anything. But even he couldn't get the app to connect. Oh well, maybe one day, just not today. I feel bad for wasting my Sons time with all the research and trying different things he did. We did all the advised things found here, including many others found elsewhere. No prize, refuses to see the hearing aids...
2024-10-28 | Paula Brown | It used to automatically chg to stream boost. It still does but not as often. NOW, all of sudden it either a) doesn't recognize the aids or b) the right side just stops working. One side will work for the phone, any streaming apps.. ONE HEARING AID WON'T WORK AT ALL. Have to restart my ph & it resets it (for a few hrs) GUYS HIRE AN APPROPRIATE SOFTWARE PERSON AND GET THESE BUGS FIXED! The idea of the app is great, but follow thru, not so much. PLEASE. |
