Left hearing will not show up in the app. This prevents me from accessing profiles. It's connected and can stream to both hearing aids. Now for the crackhead part. Why tf is there a fitness app included? There's a fitness app built into my phone. My watch has a fitness app. If I set my phone on the counter or in the cup holder of my car, it'll stream flawlessly. But if I go for a walk, it'll cut out. Almost like it's registering each step. Galaxy S20. Disappointed. An EQ would be nice.

I'm not super fond of this app. I want more control over streaming. I want the option to hear those around while streaming. I want to be able to block certain apps from streaming to my hearing aids. For instance, the Amazon app steams to my aids for no reason. Making it so I can't hear while I shop. Give me more control.

I have to constantly restart my phone to get the hearing aids to stay connected. I'm talking 20 times a day. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and cleared the cache over and over. I could have gotten cheaper hearing aids without an app and been happier. You are an established and popular hearing aid company. Do better...
