I've had my phone for 6 months, when I ran out of minutes the last month, I topped up, after the month changed all my minutes expired, leaving me without an emergency phone. Now the service is off. I'm trying to get the lifeline benefit back. And my phone sim is locked so I can't use other carriers lifeline. I need help.
Yeah so I just paid 10$ for more data. I was charged. But there is no additional data. This is my invoice # 42940991 so where the hell is it.
I bought minutes and the next day they turnt my phone off I ended up calling standup for 2 days with no service and still on hold!!! Day 3!!!!
