Good, though some improvements would be nice. 1. I tend to use dark themes, so giving us that alternative in an app preference would be good. 2. On the order list, great to have Track button, but normally the carrier provides their tracking number when carriage is booked, would be nice if it said "Track:" followed by the carrier's track/parcel number. 3 Little niggle: 2+ checkouts made in same day = 2+ delivery charges, but 2+ items in 1 checkout = 1 delivery charge ??? Cheeky!

Love the discounts, but why are they so lazy to put the size chart... I already got sizes wrong coz I have to follow their general sizing for trouser. And for exchange i have to pay again for shipping fee... 👎

Great options to personalise your experience on the new app. Could easily find my main purchase, less than 10 were left, secure checkout was very swift, so secured my purchase. I will use the app more for outdoor clothing and more. A brilliant and very efficient service. Along with fixing home delivery at £4.99, just great.
