*Only* allows mobile viewing, does not allow connection/casting to Samsung TV. I don't understand why the NBA does blackouts in the first place, forces you to pay money to watch games, but then you are stuck watching only on your phone? In 2024, this makes no sense. Honestly, it's a rip-off, but sure, it's two stars because at least you can watch the game. Seems like there's no solution because their only response is to call customer service, which sounds pointless since it isn't compatible.

The app has gotten worse every year. It used to allow you to download games to where you could watch them offline (like a flight!), and it would run on anything. Now I have a better tablet than I did years ago but somehow the video is garbled and pixelated. Netflix and Prime are fine, and the NBA app is fine when the intro commercial comes on, but it's garbled after that. Tech support asked me a bunch of questions that I answered, escalated my case, then bailed on me.

Great for use on my phone and tablet! Anyone know if I can download the app on my Xbox? So that way I can watch from my TV? I've shared my screen with my TV via Samsung's Mirror Screen, but I'd rather have the easier option of just opening the app on my Xbox. Forgot to mention there's no lag or pauses during games, while watching live 👌🏽 (update: It's on Xbox as "NBA app" & I just downloaded it 😁😁)
