Good way to work out anxiety issues but is there a way to go back and repeat a daily check in activity once it's complete?

i rarely give rating or reviews to an app. This is a short term relief for people suffering with anxiety. The breathing exercise is longer unlike the other anxiety apps. While doing the exercise you will be out of breath and the ai is not that user friendly. Also, the follow up emails will stop unless you get the premium one. I just dont know why they cancelled the interview and non responsive mail. Well its a great app for mild sufferers only. Be careful giving your email address and infos.

It made me want to cry the moment I got it because it made me feel insecure with only legging me pick THREE topics to focus on. Just made me feel like I had to many problems. Uninstalled immediately
