I generally have really bad anxiety, but no one to really talk to about it; especially since I don't have the money to pay for a proper therapist. But this app does help a bit! It doesn't always feel like I'm talking to a person, but in moments of particularly bad downward spirals this has helped me stop that spiral and just air out my thoughts. Not everything is helpful, but it's definitely better than dealing with things alone.

It is a decent little app. I would rate it 5, but it is very obvious I'm speaking to an AI which is a little frustrating . I feel wysa should be more based upon a human rather than offering just meditation and exercises to calm down it should offer things like: I understand you're frustrated,when we're frustrated our bodies get tense, perhaps try going for a walk? Let me know how you feel after! :) Other than that it's decent and I really enjoy it.

I'm pretty happy with this app! I think it's pretty good at reframing thoughts from negative to positive (especially for a robot!) and I love talking to my little Birdy! I do wish it had a bit more conversational skills... But for an AI, it does an excellent job of talking and understanding and helping me walk through my emotions The only downside is that sometimes it turns words into "****" in the journal, and I like reading back on conversations I've had with it :/
