| 2024-08-28 |  | | When l got this phone I wasn't aware that Sony only issue thier software updates on WiFi only and refuse to answer any questions about why and if they have plans to change this dictative policy. Had many other android phones all of which could be updated over mobile data. Why some people think it's acceptable to tell others how they should do things is beyond me. Never buying another Sony product ever again |

Nice support app btw, unnecessary. Even the asking prompt doesn't work which says "this is not available yet" when it used to work before. Waste of space/resource. |

Offering support to your user base is sensible, but there's zero need for this to be mandatory (unless of course there's a data benefit to Sony, but they don't SAY that's the purpose...). I've awarded it at least two stars more than I would want to. |

Thumb cant stretch across screen PLUS scrolling stops displaying bottom 1/3 of screen. Eg. Contacts does not scroll beyond 'S'; must exit OH-Mode to scroll down to view 'T' to 'Z' names. SO WHATS THE POINT of One-Handed Mode? 2. Batter Saver. Messes w Alarms. "Battery Saver may degrade your alarm and timer experience" 🤔🤔 Theres more to list. WTBF??! |

After the latest update the app will keep on crashing and then freezing my phone every time I open the app, forcing my smartphone to auto restart all the time. The app was great before the update with no issues. My smartphone is the Sony Xperia 1. Edit - After latest update on the 27th of December (Version 5.9.4) the problems still persists. |
| 2021-12-29 |  | | Not sure if it's intentional or not but with the recent update the option to clear some cache (I say "some because it never cleared the cache of any Google related aps) & optimise the phone has disappeared/stopped working. First world problems I know but it's annoying having to go back to clearing each one manually and restarting my phone more often to optimise so I'd appreciate it if you could please fix this. |
| 2021-07-21 |  | | This latest version from July 2021 & even few versions prior to it are not accurate, specially the Mic test is not good as it was in the older versions from 2017 or 2018 (they gave you option to record 10 seconds & listen to what you record as a test, & it works for default speaker of the phone or even the mic of a connected headset). Sony is way way worse nowadays than they were few years ago. I will not buy Sony products anymore, it is over for me. |

| 2020-11-03 |  | | I really hate the optimization feature in this app as it just deleted over 0.6GB from my phone with no change log or record of what was deleted. My usual junk cleaner app(s), (Norton or AVG) lists out what type of junk and I am able to select what gets kept and what gets deleted. I do like the troubleshooting and test features part of the application. |
