Nowhere accurate, just giving random results on how much is "optimized", not even saying specifically what it's deleting in order make space, even if apps/programs has stopped it will say "no issues detected yet"... Nice support app btw, unnecessary. Even the asking prompt doesn't work which says "this is not available yet" when it used to work before. Waste of space/resource.

First I send my problem about USB Connect and my PC cannot allow for file transfer but nothing response from anyone or any email from sony. and my problem dose not resolve in present. I need to see tracking case or ticket for resolved or not or txt response anything in this app and just one login for send my self info to support app.

Suddenly being FORCED to host an app I don't need or want, that insists on its ability to send me notifications, is not "supportive". Offering support to your user base is sensible, but there's zero need for this to be mandatory (unless of course there's a data benefit to Sony, but they don't SAY that's the purpose...). I've awarded it at least two stars more than I would want to.
