Terrible experience. 300sqft $1200 room in NYC for 3 nights, ended up with a huge construction job 20 feet from our window (Think chainsaws and jack hammers at 7am) which Sonder was aware of before check in. Would not move us, offered no support. Ruined much of the vacation due to lack of sleep. No clean towels, wouldn't let us check out late, but did allow another room. Sink & shower backed up, cold water took ages. Garbage first and last experience with Sonder, look elsewhere. Garbage service.

Terrible app. If you have booked via Airbnb, you can't see your booking. You have to logout to put in the confirmation code, then it asks you to create an account, but I can't as I already have an account. Endless loop.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I arrived at night & found there was NO ENTRANCE OVERHEAD LIGHTING on a dark street in a deserted area. Couldn't even see to punch in the code. Apartment was VERY DARK with one inset window facing another building. ONE LAMP in the whole place on one side of the bed. I needed my phone 🔦 to read the thermostat. Mirrors are for someone 6 feet tall with NO FULL LENGTH MIRROR. Toilet would NOT FLUSH with TOLIET PAPER IN IT. NO COUNTER SPACE IN BATHROOM. NO BEDSIDE OUTLETS. Awful.
