It's disappointing after spending > $10K for motorized shades that they don't have the basic functionality of setting a percentage open/close. An email to the company told us that "our generation of motors" (new in 7/2024) don't support percentage open/close. When I suggested adding closing for a set time to simulate a percentage open/close, they said have no plan to add such functionality. :( |

But the integration with Alexa does not work. There is a Connector skill on Alexa, and my accounts are linked, but no device ever shows up on the Alexa app device list, so there is nothing for Alexa to control. |

I've checked it, and the app stated, that it is in disabled state. (This has never happened to me before) |
