Tried opening the app on my phone to check the battery levels of my blinds. It does not recognise my saved password and the email link to reset the password does not work. The app was very good until the last update.

The app has disconnected from my Google Home multiple times now, the linking back in process requires a email address and password, and the forgot my password link doesn't work. There is no way to reset the password within the app without first signing out and risking that I will loose all access to my shutters if that reset my password doesn't send the reset email either.
