2024-10-18 | Ann Reilly | I had a great experience with the Sleep Reset program. It's a comprehensive approach to dealing with sleep problems. Before the program, I had a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. The Sleep Reset program includes daily logs, high quality meditations and an actual coach. It also includes daily lessons that helped me understand some behaviors I needed to change and why. The first weeks were difficult because of 'sleep compression' but it works. Thank you Sleep Reset team. | |

Minus one star because after paying $300 you don't have the option to continue to log your sleep manually through the app. I don't want an app listening to me or a wearable but it seems like there is no other option. For $300 we should be able to use their sleep log. | |

The program provides constant science based advice and guidance, with you logging your nightly sleep patterns and then having to commit to a schedule that pushes you to try to change years long behaviour. you also have your own sleep coach if you have extra questions! (the coach is not AI). I have learnt lot and have definitely changed a few things and the results are fabulous! | |
2024-09-21 | Grite Storm | Bad feeling of getting tricked. The program itself is not bad.. for the first 4 weeks. After that, you keep getting the same routine, very easy to apply. It is advertised as an 8-week program but nobody tells you that you will be charged every month after that if you don't cancel. So, that is a lie. Second, there is nowhere to leave a review on the website and all you can read is the 5 stars. Finally. There is a $70 CBTi program, very similar, without the cool app and other bells & whistles. | |

Unfortunately, after 3 days, my coach disappeared and stopped responding to questions or offering guidance. I tried getting a new coach but was refused. I am trying to get refunded since I didn't even get my complete free trial. I do not recommend it. **The coach gave me a schedule that needed changing and refused to respond to edit. The app has a few display problems with text sometimes getting cut off, but the content is excellent and delivered in manageable amounts. It's set up to be as easy to use as possible. I found the content in the second 8 week session to be particularly helpful. I've struggled with sleep for years and my sleep anxiety is much improved and my sleep quality is better. I've made big changes and my coach, Mija, was very helpful and supportive throughout. | |

Standard cbt stuff, assessment, reframing, small goals setting and intentions. The app tracks behavioral patterns, sleep logging plus, if you paid for the 8 week course, your own personal coach you can communicate with through the app. | |

Tried to email them about an error regarding the free 7 day trial not being acknowledged from their app and haven't gotten a response. Two days are wasted so I've canceled from being charged through paypal but their lack of customer service has me a bit on edge. | |

To be honest I was expecting an AI bot for a coach, but it was a live person... who conveniently disappeared once the trial period was over. The app miscalculated my first sleep compression, which my coach corrected but not in the app itself. The app bases your program off of this, so I feel like it's been thrown off by this oversight. No more coach to fix it or answer questions. Can't recommend. | |

Was charged another round, which told me after I was charged that I had to cancel in PayPal. Cancellation changes directed me back to the site to do another email. I had to remove PayPal from the payment method. No response to a second email to get my money back |
