Definitely helped me achieve better sleep and the program overall was helpful. Minus one star because after paying $300 you don't have the option to continue to log your sleep manually through the app. I don't want an app listening to me or a wearable but it seems like there is no other option. For $300 we should be able to use their sleep log.

Bad feeling of getting tricked. The program itself is not bad.. for the first 4 weeks. After that, you keep getting the same routine, very easy to apply. It is advertised as an 8-week program but nobody tells you that you will be charged every month after that if you don't cancel. So, that is a lie. Second, there is nowhere to leave a review on the website and all you can read is the 5 stars. Finally. There is a $70 CBTi program, very similar, without the cool app and other bells & whistles.
