Really not very good. Random stretches and warm ups that have nothing to do with the exercise and then unintelligent screen showing the actual workout with no cues.

I don't understand the positive reviews. All I'm looking for is the 100 pushups, 300 situps, etc it says in the icon. There's a ton of other stuff in here (including some very poorly programmed profile info that doesn't save correctly), but they don't make it easy to find their own icon workouts.

Love this app. However, I do wish on created exercises that are personally added; that there was a way to add instructions as well.
