This entire app is for organizing their booking, yet they don't have any ability to book appointments other then for right now. Give me the ability to book an appt for 2pm tomorrow. I don't have the time to wait for a haircut in 1 to 2 hours from the time I open your app. So stupid and short sighted. |

See how many people walk in and walk out, probably experiencing the same inconvenience. Cmon tommy guns you used to be cool. |

I try to log in and it says it can't find me, I try to make a new account, it just does save any information of my new account so it's not created. I can make a new account, update my account or change password etc on the website though. |

It allows you to "book" and choose your barber and location, but does not notify you when you ask for it. When you leave the booking screen your upcoming placement is lost forever into the black hole that is their database, so you better remember the approximate time estimate it initially gave you. It used to actually work. Total fail, Tommy Gun's. Get it together please! |

Not once have I been able to check in with the app and have it show up at the location despite showing as confirmed in the app. Tried to check in 2 days ago, got the confirmation and headed to my favorite location with my prefered stylist only to arrive 15 minutes later without my check-in showing up and my stylist heading home in 20 minutes. Wasted a ton of gas for nothing. |
