For a company that had online check-in before covid, you couldn't capitalize on it ... Updated Dec 2024... Online check in either through poor app design, or poor company policy leaves the estimated time wrong 90% of the time ...

Greg, 2024-12-07The app is good for one person, but if you try to book for 2 people, or just for the person you have added as a guest, it is very confusing and often causes only one person to actually be waitlisted.

Thomas Riley, 2024-08-15Why use the app when you can get in earlier by just walking in. I booked on the app. Got to the location. A guy walked in asked for a hair cut without having booked in. He got in and I was forced to wait. This was after I had booked through the app and confirmed my time. Quite frustrating!
