Keeps saying i have a message. Then go to inbox and says no messages. This is not a business app. Worthless and can cost a business customers

Very good application and seems to keep getting improvements, would be good if the domain could be customised for when customer leaves chat and a follow up email is sent. Should use the shopify domain and not shopify chat email address 🎈😊

[Feedback/ suggestions] 1. support upload pdf file to buyer, sometimes contain technical manual or product brochures, tracking statement etc. 2. Swap to reply specific msg, when buyer asks multiple questions 3. Tap and translate, to save from from copy and paste to Google translate 4. Send tracking URL : quick search order number, and select which tracking number / URL to send, without swap between tap to copy tracking number / URL 5. Consolidated tab from same visitor, they open multiple chat

This helps me so much with my business. It gives my customers a way to contact me directly, so I know immediately when they send a message and can reply quicker than to an email. Works great Shopify, good job on this app. Now if only your price could come back down a little, hard to afford. However, I do see improvements in service for sure, not that it was needed. Customer service is excellent. Thank you!

I do not understand how Gmail can open in 0.2 seconds but this app takes 15 seconds to open. How is this app so poorly optimised? It's kind of a necessary evil if you're a Shopify store owner but it's almost cruel that we pay so much for a service with such abysmal apps. I love my Shopify store but both this and the actual Shopify app are laughably bad in their current forms.

Very buggy app. I am not receiving any notifications. I have ever updated my phone to a new samsung s23, but stil have the same problem. Useless app πŸ™„

Shopify was a very bad experience for me. I hate to say it, but it is the absolute worst platform for building a store front to sell music and merchandise. lots of hidden fees and the instructions are not clear. Shopify mixes in things you have to pay for when you search for something to use for free. I picked what I thought was a free template for my webpage but after I got it, 2 weeks later I got a bill from a company wanting $65. it wasn't that good. I'll never recommend or use Shopify ever.

I really want, and need, this app to work but it is very disappointing. Notifications often don't come through, regardless of settings and settings changes. Deleted and re-downloaded a couple times to no avail. Can't read the full chat response in the app (I have to read it quickly if/when I get/see a notification). Words and letters are missing from texts, menu items, icons, etc. Please help. Thanks.
