2024-10-30 | sharliah bahmar | Customer service is useless,, they are very slow, and none of them can solve any problem. Seems like they are not supervised or they just dont prioritize solving the problem. It's like talking to a brick wall. I solve my problem by watching tutorials on youtube from fellow user. This application charges almost 50%. And often give false penalty. They shud provide better service and staff shud be more focus. Despite multiple survey, the system remains ineffective. The CEO should be fired. | |

2024-09-30 | REBORN Shoe Care and Bag Spa | Sorry, but gotta telling you the truth, this application is terribly worst. I gave my banner and bank account number BUT it keeps telling me wrong. "IMAGE BANNER HAVE SOCIAL MEDIA INFORMATION" while it's not any and the bank account rejected all the time. Been 2weeks since i started to register and have no progress. Reported to customer service many times BUT no solution at all. I don't know what to say But this is really bad. This doesn't make any senses. Management seems don't care. | |

2022-04-27 | Anastasia Theodora | The registration process took more than 1 month and almost 2 months. They say my form isn't clear so I sent it again and it took more than 2 weeks. I already sent it and they say they don't receive it. I can't change my menu at all. It totally hard for us to synchronize with other apps. And there is no cancellation option when the menu has just run out when suddenly an order comes in :( and I need to call the driver personally to cancel the order | |
2022-02-03 | Michelle Natalie Marinabella | I'm speechless. After more than months for waiting for registration process and HAD to resubmit form again, i get the account. But unfortunately i can't even edit menus by my own and had to fill the form that will surely took longer time for it. What's the point tho? I'm afraid can't synchronize the menus with the outlet availability or another channel. Please consider to fix it asap, not only replying the review one by one, just fix it. That's all we need. 2022-01-12 | Eliza Jinata | Complicated!! Took more than 2 months to register & they gave different excuses why the reg couldn't be processed. Now the application is approved, but they use product pics which are not mine. The ones I uploaded were not set for the correct products. We cant change pictures, price, description from the app. Everything has to fill forms and apply. So complicated! The link in the help section is not useful because the buttons aren't available in the app, though I just updated the app today. | |
2021-12-29 | Edwind Jaya | Took me 3 months to register my merchant with those complicated procedures and now I have to wait for another 5-7 days just to change menu? GrabMerchant & GoBiz can easily edit any informations on every menu without having to mail customer service. Instead of throwing your money on ads with those high profile celebrities you should probably invest more on developing this app! What actually did you offer other than discount? Drivers can easily cancel tho. People should've just rate 1* this app. | |

I'm using it for shopeefood and the app not built to contact customer which makes merchant feel a bit hard if there's some question needed to ask and the driver not being cooperating. Also the cancel order not here too, only the customer and driver can cancel the order and i got a quite loss because i already make the food but suddenly the driver cancel the order due the "cuaca buruk" even though the sky as clear as water. |
