Customer service is useless,, they are very slow, and none of them can solve any problem. Seems like they are not supervised or they just dont prioritize solving the problem. It's like talking to a brick wall. I solve my problem by watching tutorials on youtube from fellow user. This application charges almost 50%. And often give false penalty. They shud provide better service and staff shud be more focus. Despite multiple survey, the system remains ineffective. The CEO should be fired.

Raden Pangeran Asia, 2024-10-21Sorry, but gotta telling you the truth, this application is terribly worst. I gave my banner and bank account number BUT it keeps telling me wrong. "IMAGE BANNER HAVE SOCIAL MEDIA INFORMATION" while it's not any and the bank account rejected all the time. Been 2weeks since i started to register and have no progress. Reported to customer service many times BUT no solution at all. I don't know what to say But this is really bad. This doesn't make any senses. Management seems don't care.
