Coworkers sending emails late at night causing overnight stress? Not anymore. This app has given me steady stress reduction for years. You open the app once and it just keeps working forever from that point forward without even notifying you about its existence, silently guarding you from the background. Definitely a must have.

This app is bomb for anyone trying to find some piece from the life of constant notification. You can set up a bunch of "rules" which are just times you want to receive notifications. Anything outside of those times, you won't. Set up one or multiples, and enjoy the lack of communication.

EDIT: I have allowed the app to ''autostart'' and now it seems to work perfectly! Hank you! :) The concept is great but it doesn't really work. I still get work emails way past the set time and that's frustrating. Is there anything we can do to solve this? Thank you!
