2024-12-03 | Laurent Kaestli | I cannot connect to my account, I am sent to an old inactive account, and because I do not live in France ( I cannot reset my account: no landline or phone number) so that all the bots and customer services pre assessment shut me out. 3.12.24 I got a message from the team, that tells me I can send a message to the help.team from the app... Apparently they don t know that I need to be logged in to send a message.... That is the point I am trying to solve...how to log in.... | |

2024-10-17 | Shashwat Tripathi | SFR is a scam I got the service after 3 months that too very low speeds and then when I needed to cancel the service I was charged another 100 euros for cancellation. They don't have English support. The worst third world experience in a network operator ever. If you want to get SFR, the better option is to bang your head against the wall | |
2024-02-16 | Patricia Davey | This company has serious problems with phishing issues. I had an email asking me to complete my panier. When I went through it they were asking for my card details. I knew then that it was a scam. A second email arrived asking the same thing. I did a resiliation of my account and now am with Orange. I still continue to get emails purporting to be from SFR, demanding money. They cannot take anything out of my bank because I did an opposition. SFR put 27, 09 euros back into my bank. | |

When contacted support team, they never sent me any instructions how to cancel it. On top of that it was a mandatory yearly plan. When using SFR app, I had games automatically installed by it on my phone, some of which required additional payment to use. | |

This happened last November and when I inquired today when someone would be coming over to repair the damage, they wouldn't or couldn't say! I put that number to business card which are already printed, so I can't change number anymore. I went to official SFR distributor to get help with Internet activation as I can't read French. They refused to help me and recommend to visit the same mobile shop I bought sim card, but now it's far away. They didn't even help me to top up card. I don't know why you sell sim cards which can't be used. | |
