The app won't let me sign up, and the support team is unresponsive.

EDITED: After my 2nd session was great but 3 weeks ago they stopped caring as if they're robots trying to siphoned all my money and something Something major corporation.

Once you're in therapy, it is helpful. Navigating the app and the desktop website is a pain. You do not see your current ongoing session on your profile page, so you have to find it on your own within the first page (which has a slew of other sessions). Most recently, I had a session for 3pm. I didn't get an email for a Zoom link, so, again, I had to find it on my own. Once I got in the Zoom, the therapist never showed up! Then the Zoom told me the meeting starts at 10pm! It's very frustrating.
