WHAT IS A SESH?
-------------------------------------------

⦁ Addressing Anxiety
⦁ Managing Stress
⦁ Establishing Healthy Habits
⦁ Embracing Body Positivity
⦁ Coping with Depression
⦁ Relationship support
⦁ Art, Music & Movement-based modalities

HOW DOES IT WORK?
-------------------------------------------
Browse the schedule within the app to select a session of personal interest. Once registered, you will receive instructions and guidelines on how to access your secure, video-enabled session. Group support is uniquely beneficial in that you may attend a session to share, to listen to peers, or both - often finding new and helpful perspectives and community.
