2024-11-28 | Gary Banfill | I'm a roofing contractor and there very expensive especially for full installation leads. They're about double the cost, and they sell it to multiple companies. And it's very hard to get refunded for bad leads. I switched to a different company that directly connects me to the customer for half the price and better results.
2024-09-08 | Daniel Walter | It's ok you occasionally get decent jobs but people are picky and you get charged for the lead no matter what so if your only issue is you cannot communicate with the customer for language barrier and you end up losing that job because you don't speak Spanish or whatever your still going to pay for the lead. Also the amount they charge for the leads and how they decide that needs to be changed! Aside from that I like the app and I do get good jobs.
2024-08-17 | Theofilos “GrUs” Kouremetis | Very bad design and intended to minimize your options to control your leads. Allows you to close your leads for only 48 hours. And if you call, weekends they are closed. Besides the fact I cannot login from this app since update. Password and username is incorrect...but I xan sign in perfectly from the pc with same credentials... Great, new update doesn't allow you to access lead center.
2024-08-16 | Ben Chantland | The potential customers are not screened well enough. Most are unaware that we are charged for the lead. Most are just surfing. Customer service is horrible. They only want your money and give every excuse not to credit you for leads. I have tried contacting leads multiple times and not been able to reach them. I got no credit. I'm thinking I need to try a different service.
2024-07-11 | JMM | Been with HomeAdvisor since 2004. Angi took over... Horrible lead to contact rate! 'Customer' very rarely actually answers the calls, messages, or emails after a lead has been paid for. You don't get to choose the lead you get charged for. For every 5 leads (costing up front +$100), I get ONE potential customer to reply to my calls. Customer service on Angi's end is horrible, and there isn't enuff room here to list all the problems.
2023-06-26 | armchair Gman | Frustrating. You have to place your calls to leads initially from this app. Problem is periodically the app will not connect the call. This can also sound like a customer that picked up then hung up on you, leaving you wonder which it is. The app is slow to load whether I'm on 5g or wifi. The txt msg feature is nice but clunky. There are other irritating issues but I don't have enough space. Summary, good in concept but needs a lot more work!
2023-05-02 | Kees Davis (vehement management llc) | The new update that now finally shows cost of opportunities is a step in the right direction but 44 dollars for a opportunity with no information on what the job is still doesn't make sense to pay 44 dollars. Someone needs to rethink the pricing. I use to pay 49.99 a month when it was Home Advisor which was the best app ever! Angie's leads is too greedy. Lower opportunity cost lower lead cost and you won't loose money. Seems like you're charging more to cover losses of contractors leaving.
2023-03-25 | Austin Burd | There are constant bugs in it. There's always something going on that causes it to crash. It has made me miss multiple. It also resets after credits are approved. It makes it so that you're ineligible to receive credits on those accounts. It almost seems like it's a scam. Your response is inappropriate. I spent two hours on the phone yesterday talking about the bugs in your guys's. I'm the one that found out if you uninstall the app and reinstall it actually works for a short time. Resets
2022-11-04 | Neil Kaufman | Slow app. Often times it says I have no leads, have to close it and reopen. I'm running a business and need dependable apps. It's always telling me "no internet connection" Another edition. Now most of leads/opportunities do not have descriptions so you have no idea what you are bidding on. I've fed this back many times and I think Angi wants it this way. I won't be on here much longer.
2022-07-18 | Peter Wilhelm | Its cost a lot of money for a poor service. They charge you for every lead even when you are not able to contact the person that submitted the lead. Sometimes I can't reach potential clients through Angie's phone service, and it has a bad delay when I do (they also don't give you the customers phone number so that you can directly call them), I can't add notes to any of the leads (there's a button but it says it can't save and to "try again later"). |
