I'm a roofing contractor and there very expensive especially for full installation leads. They're about double the cost, and they sell it to multiple companies. And it's very hard to get refunded for bad leads. I switched to a different company that directly connects me to the customer for half the price and better results.

It's ok you occasionally get decent jobs but people are picky and you get charged for the lead no matter what so if your only issue is you cannot communicate with the customer for language barrier and you end up losing that job because you don't speak Spanish or whatever your still going to pay for the lead. Also the amount they charge for the leads and how they decide that needs to be changed! Aside from that I like the app and I do get good jobs.

Very bad design and intended to minimize your options to control your leads. Allows you to close your leads for only 48 hours. And if you call, weekends they are closed. Besides the fact I cannot login from this app since update. Password and username is incorrect...but I xan sign in perfectly from the pc with same credentials... Great, new update doesn't allow you to access lead center.
