Excellent app for dieting and exercises. Just wish more types of foods and meals, as well as workouts, were available without creating custom ones. Update 12/2 All has been good until recently. Around last week (I'm assuming, after the latest update) the app stopped recording sleep time and other sleep data through the watch although no settings were changed, as well as no different habits or behavior. The watch is the same as well, Classic 6.

There are just an insane number of notifications on this app. For every challenge I participate in, I get a notification of each fellow participant's walking or running distance multiple times each day, a long with every time someone says something in each challenge's message board. This is literally hundreds of notifications each day. I want to participate in challenges, but I also want this ridiculously intense level of notifications to stop. There is no way to eliminae all these notices?

4 stars based on the last update. Still need to fix resting heart rate trends. Individual self taken record but not charting as Individual points. Resting heart rate trends still stuck on 01/13/2021 of last data point entered. Charting reflects average resting range. That's going on 5 years, and it's still not fixed. Either fix it or remove it.
