SmartThings is adequate, but it could be much faster to load. I downloaded it to supplement the Arlo app because Arlo has an incredibly long lag time for loading camera views. SmartThings is just a bit faster. Also, I have tried to use SmartThings on my laptop with no success. So, the development could be more intuitive and offer an easier user interface.

I rely heavily on this app. It is the best smart hub available and they have even made some recent improvements. The biggest problem now is that there is no support. This app directs you to Samsung customer service where they tell you they don't know what SmartThings is and tell you to go to the SmartThings website, where they list the number for Samsung customer service in an endless loop. No one provides support for SmartThings and that is awful.

I used to rate this a 5 star app, but since the update the remote add-on for my Samsung TV & ever since then, it looks great but the functionality is terrible. I can barely use it & since I lost my remote, I basically can't use my TV now. Moving the cursor now when trying to navigate a webpage is virtually impossible. Before I could use the phone screen like a laptop touch pad, but now trying to use that feature creates all sorts of directional errors. up down left right doesn't work righteither
