Such a good product until they abruptly changed the business model. I and many others have been loyal customers for years because it was Netflix for books. IE monthly cost, unlimited access to the current book catalog. Now they changed to an Audible premium model and it seems like 80% of books now cost extra per book. Add to it that you can't just search for the general (non-premium) catalog is so annoying. Sadly I'm ready to cancel after so many great years. So disappointed.

I was excited to try this as an alternative to other services. Unfortunately, every book, author, or series I'm interested in is either unavailable or requires an 'unlock.' The most frustrating part is there is NO way to only search for Unlimited titles when browsing, forcing you to look at listings you can't access once your unlocks are used up. Also, the app refreshes every 10 seconds when scrolling through search results. It's maddening.

I have used everand/scribd for years. I I have always recommended it to others and given it 5 stars. however, with this new change I have to give it the lowest stars possible. The reason I loved everand over audible before is that I don't repeat audiobooks, so I do not need to own the audiobooks. I enjoy listening to many books each month. Everand is too expensive for access to only one book a month. The unlimited titles are very few, hard to find, and not anything I care to listen to.
