However, if I close the app while still logged in and then try to open it again, it just sits there and spins. I can't even log out. The only way to get back in is to uninstall and re-install the app. I have enough stress trying to keep track of my students without being hamstrung by problems like this. FIX THIS NOW! |

This is twice as long as more than twice as complicated. Consider calling it a SecurePIN, or a SPPIN (School Pass PIN) as it is anything but quick. Also putting the scannable QR somewhere besides behind a load screen, hidden menu, and then another press would greatly improve usability. |

There is no way to see if your child has been picked up or not. Unless you add your child to another carpool there is no way to select who is picking them up. There is no way to contact the app developers. Because her father set it up I can't change anything in my daughters profile. The add a pic option doesn't work. App has outdated covid info. |
